Our founder, Holly Wilder Stutts, is passionate about two distinct yet interconnected paths in her life: supporting individuals with learning differences as a speech-language pathologist, and the transformative world of natural health.

For decades, she has dedicated herself to understanding and assisting those who face challenges in traditional educational settings. These students, despite their struggles, possess extraordinary strengths and a deep awareness of their own challenges.

It’s heartening yet frustrating to witness their strong capabilities not always reflected in their academic achievements. Through her work, she strives to empower these students by unlocking their potential and helping them thrive.

On her journey, she has observed a significant correlation between aspects such as diet, lifestyle, and connection with nature and the behavior/performance of her students. Simple changes in these areas often yield quick and profound improvements in their capabilities.

On a personal note, her own health challenges in her twenties led her to explore alternative approaches to wellness. Faced with a cascade of medications that masked symptoms without addressing root causes, she turned to functional medicine.

Through rigorous research and lifestyle changes—adopting a mindful whole foods diet, eliminating toxins wherever possible, reconnecting with the natural world, incorporating herbs and supplements—her health issues were resolved completely within a few months.

She has continued to pursue her education about scientific advancements in diet, lifestyle, and supplements, as well as alternative methods for healing the physical body and the mind.

She also completed 200 hours of course curriculum with an Herbal Foundations certification from Green Comfort School of Herbal Medicine in Sperryville, Virginia.

For those clients who are interested, Holly is able to integrate this holistic approach for her clients with learning differences. She integrates educating, inspiring, and guiding her clients in the appropriate areas of holistic wellness as an adjunct to building skills, strategies, confidence, and self-awareness in their areas of need.  Feel free to inquire if you would like to learn more about her holistic approach.
